Michelle is one of those people who kind of live and breathe Christian education. She has worked in and with Christian schools for over 30 years, including a past stint at MECS as a teacher. Michelle is passionate about three elements of Christian schooling which include;

• Celebrating Christ’s Lordship over every aspect of creation

• Placing the Bible in its rightful place as being the compelling story that challenges the other stories of our culture and time. 

• Partnering with parents in their task as primary educators of their children. 

Michelle commenced her role as Principal at MECS at the beginning of 2024 and just loves being a part of this diverse and fun community. She is hopeful for the future of MECS as it has been built on such solid and faithful foundations. 

Her own qualifications include a Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education and a Masters in Christian Education. 

Michelle is wife to Mic and Mum to Max and Meg and in her spare time loves to cook, entertain, camp, walk and read.
